About Zenete França and Associates?
Throughout her international career, Zenete França´s professional interest was to promote opportunities for local professionals in developing countries to be equipped with structured learning plans which included implementing, monitoring and evaluation tools to inspire and motivate them to become learning facilitators in their own countries. The thorough plans – called learning modules – had a step-by-step design which provided the research professionals with confidence to become a learning facilitators.
With this objective in mind, during her work around the world, Dr. França was attentive to identify talents of diverse areas of knowledge with interest to work with learning and capacity building. To reinforce Dr. França´s interest, ISNAR created a Program called “ISNAR´s Global Associates”, which made her dream come true.
ISNAR institutionalized the practice which had talented national professionals from various parts of the world joining ISNAR´s Senior Researchers in learning and capacity building - for short term projects – taking into account their professional links to national government or private organizations. At that time, ISNAR´s approach successfully increased ISNAR´s pools of professionals to work in developing countries in addition to generating positive impact to improving capacity within agricultural organizations.
Zenete França & Associates continues working with these former-ISNAR´s Associates. They are invited to join ZFA in short term projects. These Associates hold senior positions at research institutes, universities and the private sector in developing countries.
The pictures of our events presented in the “Photos and Videos Gallery” page will show to the readers our former-ISNAR´s Associates who are contributing to ZFA. They continue working towards Human Talents Agricultural Development as the opportunities arises. Among them, they are:
